Good things take time. During busy periods, food may take slightly longer to prepare. If we expect a delay, we will let you know when you place your order.
Replacement food is available upon request for orders in which the food item is incorrect, omitted or any other similar circumstances. A full Refund is only provided upon receiving the full order! If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed we cannot issue any discount, business credit or refund. If the food has been discarded, repackaged or tampered with and we cannot verify the issue then we cannot offer any discount, business credit or refund. In order to receive a replacement or refund, it is required to bring back both the food items and the receipt. Otherwise, we are not able to replace your food or process any refunds.
